Speaker Tillis Declares Intent to “Return and Refuse” Aspects of ObamaCare

It is a question that the residents of North Carolina have been asking Speaker of the State House, Thom Tillis, for 6 months now: will North Carolina take steps to “nullify” ObamaCare on the state level? ( -here- and 9:45 in -here- )

Today the Speaker has declared, over social media, his intent to conduct at least the first 2 steps in the nullification process. After this article went viral among North Carolina conservatives’ facebook pages, Speaker Tillis felt inclined to give a response, clarifying that the legislature’s intent is in line with the will of the people of North Carolina:
